Is there a dress code for the event?

There is no enforced dress code; however, we do ask you to dress in keeping with the nature of the event venue. Please check the weather and dress appropriately as all venues are outdoors and all events are rain or shine.

What items are prohibited from events?
We do not allow any outside food, beverages, drugs, weapons, backpacks, suitcases. No pets are allowed due to the Department of Health regulations.
Do I have to be 21 years old to attend?
All guests must be 21 years or older to attend. Children in strollers or carriers, will not be admitted. There are no exceptions.
Can I refund or exchange my tickets?
All tickets are non-­refundable and cannot be exchanged. Ticket sales are final.
Will I receive my tickets prior to the event?
Tickets to Heritage Fire events will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout from our ticketing partner, Squad Up. You can bring a printed or electronic version of your ticket.

Can press or media attend events?

IS THERE A SPECIAL TICKET PRICE FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL?

No, there is no discount for people who do not drink alcohol. There will be non-alcoholic beverage offerings available at each Heritage Fire destination.

What if it rains?

Heritage Fire is on rain or shine. Please dress for the weather.
